I received my new jacket today, exactly when you said it would arrive, and I'm delighted with it; it's a beautiful design and superbly made. I'm also really pleased with your super-fast, efficient service. I'd bought a new Olney waxed hat and then went in search of the coat that would be just right with it. It's a match made in the eye of a designer, just as if it were meant to be that way. I've been smiling all afternoon. Isn't it just the little joys that make life so sweet.
