Outdoorwise is an online retail division of Andersons Menswear Ltd, a successful clothing retailer that has been in business for over fifty years. In our many years of retailing our aim has always been to provide excellent service to the customer and we attribute much of our success today to this endeavour. We are approved stockists of all the brands featured on this site aim to provide an immediate delivery service for all our customers.Ordering from us is simple, safe and secure. We have created an ordering process which is fast and simple to use.

When using the contact us page please quote your order number where possible.
Placing an order
It's easy, first just browse our website and add whatever you want to order to your shopping basket. Only when you are ready to purchase is registration or any of your details required.
Please remember, registration is only required to make a purchase, it is not needed to browse our products or add them to your shopping basket. Registering is easy and takes only a minute of your time.
We DO NOT store card details on the site, these must be re-entered each time you make a transaction.
To save you time we have an Account Login section of the website. Once you have registered with us you will be able to log into the site at any point in the future using your chosen username and password. This will then allow you to securely store your delivery address and billing address for future orders. You can edit your details should anything change.
If you need a product for a specific date please contact us to double check stock. You can call us directly for an instant answer, or you can email us.
PayPal
Please be aware when placing an order via PayPal, the money leaves your account instantly. We will keep you updated on the progress and status of your order. Should there be any troubles or issues regarding your order we will contact you to arrange further action to be taken. i.e your order is currently out of stock and expected date of arrival.
Credit / Debit Card
Should there be any troubles with your order we will attempt to contact you to discuss your order and come to the best resolve possible.

We do not supply your details to 3rd parties and you will only ever receive information from outdoorwise.
Your Account
Once you have created an account with www.outdoorwise.co.uk you will have several features available to you:
Despatch time
Any orders placed before 12 NOON will normally be shipped that day (Monday to Friday) dependent on stock levels. Orders placed on a weekend will be processed Monday. We are unable to keep every item on our site in stock at all times. If you order an item that is out of stock it may take us several days to get it for you. In this instance a back order will be created for your order which will be sent as soon as we receive supplies.
If your item(s) are currently out of stock there may be a delay.
If an item has been unknowingly deleted from the stock catalog we will inform you asap.
We will always try to keep you updated with the progress of your order and are happy to answer questions.
If you want your item/s for a specific date please contact us first so that we may check stock levels to see if completing your required order is possible.
Delivery
All our parcels are sent recorded delivery and therefore a signature is required. Our primary courier is DPD. Please note we are unable to leave the parcel without obtaining a signature
Deliveries are made Monday – Friday 8am to 6pm. If you or the intended recipient are not available on the attempt of delivery, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming they tried to deliver. You will need to follow the instructions on the card to re-arrange delivery.
BFPO Addresses
Deliveries to BFPO addresses can be arranged via Royal Mail. An additional fee may be required on receipt of your order. We will contact you once we have obtained a quote.
Post and Packaging
Post and Packaging is charged at £3.99 regardless of the number of item(s) you wish to purchase, assuming your postcode is in our postcode area used by our courier. See additional details:-

outdoorwise will contact you by email or telephone in order to obtain payment details in respect of any additional payment charge that is required, as no card information is held at outdoorwise
Undelivered Parcels/Refusal
If after we have dispatched your parcel and it is refused or returned to us, this will incur an additional postage fee.
Return of Parcel
You will need to return item(s) via the Post Office. Delivery charges are non refundable so you will be refunded the full value of the item(s) returned, less the delivery charge.
We would recommend using recorded delivery; this will ensure that your parcel can be tracked.

Refunds
We will be happy to refund item(s) provided it is in a re-saleable condition and returned to us with a reasonable time (30 days) and in original condition with all labels attached.
Once your item(s) have been received back to us, refunds will be credited to your account within 3-7 days, provided all the information is complete on the returns form.
Once we have refunded your account you will receive an email to confirm.
Exchange
Please fill in the returns form enclosed with your purchase.
IMPORTANT- Additional Information
For all exchanges, please note that a payment of £3.99 is required to cover delivery costs for the exchange. Certain destinations may incur an additional charge also, these destinations to which this applies as mentioned earlier. outdoorwise will contact you prior to sending the exchange in order to obtain payment details in respect of this.
Item(s) received Damaged/faulty
The product you received is damaged or faulty. Whilst we make every effort to ensure the product reaches you in excellent condition occasionally products may be imperfect and need to be returned to us. If this is the case please complete the returns form enclosed in the parcel and send the item back to us via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Once we receive the item we will check your item(s) and if the product is faulty then we will cover the cost of the return postage. In this case we can either send you out a replacement or refund your money according to your wishes.
Wrong Item Received/ Wrong Item Ordered
The product you receive is not the one you ordered. If we have made a mistake and shipped the wrong product to you and if we are at fault, we will cover the cost of the return shipping. In this case we can either send you out a replacement, or refund your money according to your wishes.
If however you have received an item different to what you have ordered (which is not our mistake) you will need to return your item(s) via Royal Mail. If you would like to exchange for another item a further charge of £3.99 will be required and outdoorwise will contact you regarding this.

Checkout
Clicking the checkout button will take you to a secure area on www.outdoorwise.co.uk for you to enter your address and payment details.
This is our secure server and all information passed between your computer and our server will be encrypted (safe and secure).
Security
Our system was designed with security as the number one priority. All information transferred over our secure server uses 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. This ensures that all information sent from our secure server to your browser is encrypted and can only be read by your browser.
Your card details are never stored in our database, but are sent straight through our secure payments system. Again even if this information was to be intercepted by a third party the data would be useless to them.
You can tell when you are in a secure area on our site in 2 ways, the url will begin with https:// instead of the standard http:// and a padlock will appear on your screen (normally in the bottom right hand corner).
Internet Explorer users can double click this padlock and it will provide details of the security certificate for our site. All our payments are taken through the domain name www.outdoorwise.co.uk
As soon as you enter the order process, every bit of information that is transferred between you and us is encrypted using SSL encryption. Even if data could be intercepted over the Internet it would be useless.
Privacy Policy
When you register your details and or place an order with us we collect your name, email, mail address, phone number(s) and card details. We will also record which products you have purchased. We also monitor traffic through the site, this information is collected to help us to improve the site and the shopping process. Any information we collect will not be used by any organisations except outdoorwise. We will use this information to process your orders and we may use it to inform you of new products and services from outdoorwise which may be of use to you.
